Every piece is made to order in our Piliyandala workshop, which takes 14–20 business days. Delivery within Sri Lanka then takes 4–6 business days and is free, island-wide. If you need something sooner, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is ready to ship.

Yes. We ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, the UAE, Singapore, most of Europe and several other countries. International shipping is calculated at checkout.

We keep you updated on WhatsApp or email while your piece is being made, and send tracking details as soon as it is dispatched.

Yes. Every centre stone we set is a natural gemstone, and most are mined here in Sri Lanka. The stone type, carat weight and origin are listed in the Stone details on each product page.

“American diamond” is the name used in Sri Lanka and South Asia for high-quality cubic zirconia, the bright white accent stones that form the halos around our centre gems. They are not natural diamonds, and we never describe them as such. The centre stone in every piece is a natural gemstone.

All of our jewellery is made from solid 925 sterling silver (92.5% pure silver), never silver-plated base metal. It is hand-finished in our workshop and polishes back to a bright shine for decades.

All sterling silver darkens slowly with exposure to air, moisture and perfume, and humid weather speeds that up a little. It is not damage and it is easy to reverse: wipe your piece with a soft cloth after wearing, keep it in the pouch we provide, and put it on after perfume and lotions. Replating and repairs are covered by our two-year warranty.

Stone type, carat weight and origin are stated on every product page. If you would like an independent laboratory report for a particular piece, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will explain the options and any cost.

Yes, custom rings are a large part of what we do, and blue sapphire engagement rings are our most requested commission. Tell us your budget, the stone and the style you have in mind on WhatsApp. We will propose a design and a quote, source the stone for your approval, and then craft the ring. In most cases, yes. Send us clear photos of the stone on WhatsApp, or bring it to the workshop, and we will confirm whether it is suitable and what we can design around it.

If you already own a ring that fits, we can take the size from it. Otherwise we will guide you through measuring at home, or you are welcome to visit the workshop in Piliyandala to be sized in person.

Every Enrayge piece carries a lifetime warranty on the sterling silver and a two-year warranty covering replating and repairs. If anything goes wrong with the craftsmanship, bring it back to us and we will put it right.

Put jewellery on last, after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off before swimming, bathing or sleeping. Store each piece separately in its pouch so harder stones do not scratch softer ones. Clean with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, then dry thoroughly.

Because each piece is made to order for you, please message us before ordering if you have any doubt about a size, stone or design; we are happy to advise. If a piece arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us as soon as it arrives and we will repair, replace or refund it.
